Here's a great article from the Beach Reporter on last week's fundraiser for Lizzy Garland, a brave and wonderful college student/athlete courageously battling a brain tumor: Love for Lizzy.
It was amazing to see such a huge turnout from her hometown of El Segundo show up at the El Segundo High School game (which was dedicated to her) for great food and a slient auction on Lizzy's behalf. Lizzy's dad is my colleague and friend John Garland of South Bay Brokers.
